Job summary

Happy Brush Painting Limited in Otago seeks an experienced manager to lead day-to-day operations of our boutique painting company. You will coordinate crews, schedule projects, and ensure work progresses on time and within budget.

The role requires at least two years in a management role and a bachelor’s degree. We value hands-on leaders who can organize materials, suppliers, and teams to deliver high-quality finishes while maintaining safe, efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• NZ citizenship or resident visa holder preferred.

At Happy Brush Painting Limited, we are a boutique painting company. To help with growth at our company, we are looking to hire Painters.

Tasks associated with this role will include:

1) Oversee daily business operations of the painting company.

2) Coordinate staff, subcontractors, and job schedules.

3) Manage workflow and ensure timely completion of projects.

4) Manage materials, supplies, and resource allocation and etc

The role will pay at least $35-40 per hour and will guarantee at least 30 hours per week.

To meet requirements for this role you will need to have at least at least 2 years of management work experience and a bachelors qualification.
