Qualifications

• Experience coordinating logistics, resources, fleet, facilities, or operational services.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience managing assets, inventory, vehicles, or operational resources.
• Ability to follow established procedures and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally responsive practice.
• A current, full, clean New Zealand Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programme resources, equipment, and operational requirements.
• Manage assets, uniforms, inventory, and equipment registers.
• Coordinate fleet management, vehicle maintenance, servicing, and readiness.
• Support escorts, appointments, court appearances, and off-site activities.
• Maintain programme facilities and coordinate property maintenance.
• Work with providers, contractors, and internal stakeholders for readiness.
• Identify and manage logistical risks and pursue continuous improvement.
