Truck Stops (NZ) Ltd in Hamilton is seeking an Operations Assistant/Class 5 Truck Driver to join our busy Service Department. You will focus on picking up and delivering trucks to customers and sub-contractors, while also managing site operations for safe vehicle movements and vehicle grooming.

The role offers opportunities to support in COFs and other service duties, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and working within a supportive team.

Formación

• Must hold a NZ Class 5 truck license with experience driving multiple truck configurations.
• DG licence preferred, with willingness to obtain endorsements if required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for face-to-face and phone interactions.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to deliver high standards to clients.
• Positive attitude, team mentality and willingness to assist others as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Pickup and delivery of trucks to customers and sub-contractors.
• Site management for safe vehicle movements and parking.
• Routine vehicle grooming and presentation.
• Provide support with general duties & COFs of the service department as required.
