Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd is seeking a reliable operations support officer for a school site in Woodlands. You will help maintain the cleanliness of classrooms and facilities, lock/unlock doors, and manage doors and windows to ensure safety and order during school hours.

You will also provide logistical support for school events, assist with furniture and stock handling, and perform duties as assigned by the Principal or Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• To provide operations support for the smooth and effective operations of the school.
• To maintain the general cleanliness of the school including equipment(s) and workplace.
• To lock and unlock the doors of the classrooms and other rooms in the school.
• To open/close windows and doors of classrooms and other rooms in the school.
• To open and close the gates, doors of office and other buildings within the school premises.
• To provide logistical support for school events and activities including carrying and arranging furniture, equipment, refreshments, etc.
• To assist in the preparation of logistics and equipment.
• To help carry stock, furniture, etc.
• To relief other operations support officer.
• To perform any other duties assigned by the Principal, Vice-principals, Operations Manager or any other authorised officer

Work Location: School (Woodlands)

Working Timing: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm / 9:30 am to 6:30 pm / 12:00 pm to 9:00pm (on needs basis – to support school events, if any)

Working days: 5 Days work (Mon to Fri)

Salary: $2200
