Job summary

Wedderspoon Organic NZ Ltd in Rangiora, South Island, is seeking a Compliance and Quality Coordinator to support the on-site team with quality, safety and regulatory compliance. The role runs Monday to Thursday, 6.30am to 4.30pm, on Lineside Road in Rangiora, reporting to the Operations & Compliance Manager.

You will coordinate certifications, monitor quality processes, and manage health and safety duties while collaborating with the broader Florenz compliance team to ensure statutory

Qualifications

• 2+ years previous experience in a similar role.
• High level of personal initiative and self-motivation.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing is preferred.
• Maintains core work quality and meets timeframes.
• Thrives under pressure and can reprioritize as deadlines change.
• Integrity and confidentiality of information.
• Permanent rights to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onsite compliance and certifications with support from Operations and Compliance Manager.
• Monitor and coordinate quality management and assurance processes for the site.
• Administrate health and safety for the site and support H&S Council.
• Manage Inward Goods ensuring correct documentation, storage and material testing.
• Work with operations team to ensure compliance, safety and quality of goods.
