3375 Schering-Plough Animal Health Limited is seeking an Onsite Technical Site Lead to head Global End User Services on-site in Upper Hutt, Wellington, NZ. You will provide end-user support, manage local IT infrastructure, and serve as the technical focal point for the site.

You will direct infrastructure-related work, ensure service delivery aligns with business, quality and compliance requirements (GxP), and manage the site budget.

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in IT infrastructure services or operations.
• Hands-on experience supporting production and supply chain systems.
• Knowledge of end-user computing, network infra, server hardware, wireless, backup, and cabling.
• Experience with ITIL or ITSM frameworks and project management.

• Lead onsite end-user support and infrastructure operations for the site.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and end-user issues.
• Manage local IT services, vendor performance, and supplier relationships to KPIs.
• Support production and supply chain systems and shop-floor devices.
• Implement, integrate and support local IT projects and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, Financial, and GxP audit requirements.
• Apply ITSM processes including configuration, change, incident, and problem management.
• Maintain data center and workspace in safe, compliant condition.
• Manage local IT assets and site budget.
• Mentor team members and prepare updates for senior IT leadership.
• Collaborate with business users, suppliers, and global IT teams.
