Job summary

ASSA ABLOY in New Zealand is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for Pacific Door Systems Ltd. based in Auckland or Wellington.

This onsite role requires delivering accurate management accounts and ensuring compliance while partnering with leadership. You will bring a CA/CPA qualification with at least five years post-qualification experience, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of manufacturing finance, standard

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified with strong accounting knowledge.
• Minimum five years post-qualification experience in finance.
• Experience leading a finance function in manufacturing.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end finance function for Pacific Door Systems Ltd.
• Ensure statutory payments (PAYE, GST, etc.) are accurate on time.
• Produce reconciled monthly management accounts by due date.
• Manage monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Interpret standard costing models and assist group reporting (HFM).
• Prepare year-end accounts and liaise with banks and tax accountants.
