Job summary

Aotearoa Infinite Academy is recruiting a dedicated Science teacher to deliver live online Chemistry lessons to Years 9–13. The role is fully remote, nationwide in New Zealand, with a focus on personalised learning, wellbeing, and community building.

You will design engaging learning experiences, assess progress, and collaborate with a high-calibre education team to support students across the country in Pre-IGCSE, IGCSE, and NCEA Levels 2–3.

Qualifications

• NZ teaching registration required.
• Science teaching qualification with chemistry expertise.
• Strong knowledge of the NCEA curriculum (Levels 2–3).
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with digital technology.
• IGCSE teaching experience.
• Online or blended learning experience.
• Familiarity with educational technology and AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inspiring live online chemistry lessons 5 days per week.

• Build trust-based relationships with students in a virtual environment.
