Job summary

Counties Manukau Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Medical Oncology team at the Pukekohe Infusion Centre and Manukau Health Park. In this role, you will deliver Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) and work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centred cancer care.

You will bring NZ registration with APC, oncology experience if possible, and a commitment to equity and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Be a NZ Registered Nurse with a current APC.
• Post-registration experience in Oncology or Medical Oncology preferred.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and equitable care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to service development and quality improvement.
• Mentor junior staff and support colleagues in patient-centred care.
• Provide patient-focused care and effective communication to patients and whānau.
