Qualifications

• Proven experience in a team leader, supervisor, or senior engineering role.
• Strong experience managing and motivating people.
• Excellent ability to read and interpret plans and drawings.
• Experience in structural engineering, fabrication, heavy industry, or industrial plant.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Solutions-focused and hands-on leadership.
• Ability to lead by example and earn respect.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the structural engineering team on site.
