Job summary

Rightmove Recruitment seeks an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join a structural division and lead on-site engineering projects within heavy industrial environments.

You will read plans, manage a hands-on team, ensure quality and safety, and drive performance across multiple projects. A proactive, communication-driven leader who mentors others is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a team leader, supervisor, or senior engineering role.
• Strong experience managing and motivating people.
• Excellent ability to read and interpret plans and drawings.
• Experience working within structural engineering, fabrication, heavy industry, or industrial plant environments.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join our established client to take a hands-on leadership role within their Structural Division. You'll be working on a range of projects including heavy industrial work.
