You’ll work with residents to address concerns and ensure environments meet the highest standards, while managing relationships across residents and village teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or village assets.
• Understanding of building systems and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lead a small team and deliver great customer service.
• Excellent communication with residents and village teams.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day site management including repairs and maintenance.
• Coordinate refurbishments, contractors and ongoing projects.
