Intergroup is seeking an HSEQ Advisor to actively engage on-site and in the office, driving safety, quality and environmental performance across projects. You will build relationships with teams, conduct inspections and audits, and provide practical, on-the-ground advice to improve HSEQ outcomes.

You will collaborate with leaders to embed safety-first thinking, support investigations, and monitor performance to turn insights into action. Travel across sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in HSEQ or related advisory role.
• Understanding of HSEQ legislation and best practice.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections and risk assessments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Work with operational teams and leaders to integrate safety, quality and environmental performance.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and assurance activities to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Coach leaders and teams to strengthen HSEQ performance.
• Drive a safety-first culture where everyone takes ownership.
• Provide practical advice that works in real-world settings.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Monitor HSEQ performance and help turn insights into action.
• Assist with implementing and improving HSEQ systems and processes.
