Profitable Tradie is seeking a Creative Content Producer to turn rough ideas into world-class content, on schedule, on-site in Hamilton. This role blends storytelling with hands-on production, from concept to final cut, and requires ownership of the full pipeline.

You'll own the process, coordinate shoots, direct talent and ensure content lands across paid and organic channels, with real creative input and decision-making power.

Qualifications

• Experience producing content from concept through to completion.
• Ability to run shoots and coordinate moving parts end-to-end.
• Experience with fast-turnaround social, creator-led or direct-response content is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the journey from rough concept to finished production and post‑production handovers.
• Sharpen ideas, prepare shoots, and coordinate talent, locations and props.
• Direct talent to get strong, natural performances and ensure timely delivery.
