Job summary

Tourism Holdings Limited (thl) is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for on-road support across New Zealand. The role focuses on resolving customer issues quickly, assisting with insurance claims, and maintaining fleet knowledge to enhance holiday experiences.

You will work under fixed-term, full-time arrangements, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality on-road customer support and resolve issues.
• Resolve complaints by clarifying problems, determining causes, and offering solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of thl fleet and NZ geography.
• Escalate issues when needed and act as SME for branches.
• Support insurance claims processing using thl systems.
