Job summary

Millbrook Resort in Arrowtown, near Queenstown, seeks a friendly Drinks Cart Attendant to deliver food and beverage service across two championship courses during the summer season. You will operate the drinks cart, serve beverages and snacks, and provide five-star guest experiences while coordinating with Golf Operations and Food & Beverage teams.

The role is full-time, fixed-term from October 2026 to April 2027, offering on-site perks, staff meals, and travel allowances.

Qualifications

• Friendly and professional service required.
• Ability to work on a golf course environment.
• Good communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional beverage service to golfers on course.
• Operate the drinks cart safely and efficiently throughout the day.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks and light refreshments.
• Process sales transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Maintain stock levels and keep the drinks cart clean and well presented.
