Sonder is building a national Responders Network in New Zealand. We are seeking experienced individuals to provide in-person support for members in need, coordinating with our Support Centre on a flexible, on-call roster.

Ideal candidates have backgrounds in emergency services, military, or mental health, show empathy, quick decision-making, and a strong local network. You will nominate your hours and be compensated for on-call availability and incident response.

Qualifications

• Experience in emergency services, military, mental health, or related sectors.
• Ability to assess critical situations and recommend next steps with empathy.
• Strong local network in NZ and self-management skills.
• Ability to work a flexible, on-call roster.

Responsabilités

• Conduct stakeholder engagement to support Sonder’s business and operational outputs as directed
• Nurture partnership relations, engagement and training
• Provide input to operational procedures and network management
• Conduct emergency and non-emergency support responses as required to support the network of responders in your area
