Qualifications

• Basic experience as a Data Center Technician or IT worker.
• Knowledge of data center equipment and IT hardware.
• Ability to work on an on-call basis.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules.
• Physically fit to handle equipment in data centers.

Responsibilities

• On-call availability to respond to hardware staging and delivery requests.
• Store and stage IT hardware and equipment safely and securely.
• Deliver hardware to client sites accurately and on time.
• Perform hardware replacements and upgrades in data centers.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose faulty equipment with remote support.
• Follow safety protocols and data center best practices.
• Collaborate with remote support team for efficient service.
