Job summary

Habit Health in Wellington, NZ is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team with a strong focus on vocational rehabilitation. This is an exciting opportunity to help clients overcome barriers to employment and support safe return-to-work outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for clients
• Manage your caseload using our clinical systems

About you

• Registered Occupational Therapist with a current New Zealand APC
• Previous experience in vocational rehabilitation, occupational rehabilitation, return-to-work services, or ACC contracts is highly desirable
• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Strong understanding of workplace assessments and return-to-work planning
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Full New Zealand driver's licence for community-based rehabilitation
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for helping people achieve their rehabilitation and employment goals
