Job summary

Mountain Warehouse in Taupo is seeking a confident NZ Team Leader to guide our retail team. You will motivate colleagues to deliver outstanding service, manage day-to-day store operations, and drive performance across KPIs.

You will coach and develop staff, oversee visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and create a welcoming shopping experience. This permanent part-time role offers a bonus scheme, staff discounts, and progression opportunities.

Sales & Performance:

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

Customer Experience:

• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
