Job summary

Findex is seeking a strategic, people-focused leader to guide a team of Regional Leaders across New Zealand. You will drive revenue growth, lead change with empathy, and uphold high service standards in alignment with the business plan.

Strong people leadership — guiding teams through change with respect and empathy.
Experience leading leaders in a public practice or professional services environment.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to coordinate delivery across teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of Regional Leaders across NZ, setting clear direction and building trust
Drive sustainable revenue growth through targeted business development and cross-division referrals
Navigate change thoughtfully — bringing people along with transparency, empathy and strong communication
Strengthen service standards and embed consistent ways of working aligned to our business plan priorities
Champion collaboration across the wider Findex network, partnering closely with other regions and service lines
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, balancing commercial outcomes with genuine care for your people
