Responsibilities

• Manage and service existing client relationships, ensuring jobs meet standards, budgets and deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to add value for clients and raise Findex's profile.
• Review compliance documents, financial statements, tax returns and reconciliations.
• Contribute to advisory projects such as business planning, budgeting and cash flows.
• Empower and nurture the team, driving retention and capability.
• Stay current with technical knowledge to ensure regulatory compliance.
