Job summary

Addiction Pet Foods New Zealand is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive to accelerate growth across the New Zealand market. Working closely with the Sales Director – New Zealand, you will identify opportunities, build relationships with customers and partners, and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue.

This is a field-based role requiring strategic thinking, market intelligence, and hands-on execution across NZ, with nationwide travel and the ability to develop

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across New Zealand.
• Prospect and open new customer accounts and partnerships.
• Build long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Develop and execute business development and territory plans.
• Manage opportunities through full sales cycle from prospecting to conversion.
• Grow revenue and market penetration in new and existing accounts.
• Present Addiction Pet Foods’ brands and growth opportunities to prospective customers.
• Provide market intelligence to support commercial decisions.
• Travel across New Zealand and manage own schedule.
