Mindtree Nursing Solutions in Christchurch is seeking a Healthcare Tutor to deliver high-quality theoretical and practical nursing training. The role requires planning lessons, assessments and close student support while aligning with current healthcare standards.

Formación

• Must have at least one year of healthcare teaching or training.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing or related healthcare discipline.
• Current Nursing Council of New Zealand registration and APC desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, prepare and deliver healthcare and nursing training sessions to students.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and presentations for training programmes.
• Teach students about nursing procedures, patient care, infection control and healthcare practices.
• Provide theory and practical training for IQN and OSCE assessments.
• Demonstrate clinical procedures, patient assessment methods and safe nursing practices.
• Identify learning needs and provide additional support.
• Conduct practical training sessions, mock examinations and student assessments.
• Assess knowledge and provide feedback to help improvement.
• Teach effective communication, patient safety and professional nursing practices.
• Review and update training materials reflecting current practices.
• Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and progress.
• Guide and support students throughout training and exam prep.
• Work with the business owner to improve training programmes and teaching methods.
