Mindtree Nursing Solutions in Christchurch is seeking a Healthcare Tutor to deliver high‑quality theoretical and practical training to nursing professionals.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of healthcare teaching experience and a bachelor's degree (Nursing or related discipline); NZNC registration and APC are desirable but not essential.

This permanent, full‑time role requires 30–35 hours per week with rostered shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• At least one year of healthcare teaching experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.

Responsabilités

• Plan, prepare and deliver healthcare and nursing training sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials for training programmes.
• Teach nursing procedures, patient care, infection control and healthcare practices.
• Provide theory and practical training for IQN and OSCE examinations.
• Conduct practical training sessions, mock exams and assessments.
• Maintain records of attendance, assessments and progress.
• Support students with different learning needs.
