Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora – Southern is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Practice Development Unit in Dunedin. The role focuses on education, coaching and change leadership to ensure evidence-based guidelines and professional standards are met while advancing digital health practice.

Based in Dunedin, the role will drive initiatives to improve patient care, service delivery, and workforce development across the district, with opportunities to influence nursing practice and training

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a current practising certificate.
• Postgraduate qualification and/or pursuing PDRP is preferred.
• Experience with digital technologies that support clinical practice is desirable.

• Lead and support projects to improve patient care and service delivery.
• Educate, coach and lead change to meet evidence-based guidelines and professional standards.
