Job summary

Bidfood Timaru is seeking a Nightshift Storeperson to service the South Canterbury and North Otago regions. You will be responsible for accurate picking and loading of goods for delivery, and you’ll contribute to a busy warehouse with the produce and night teams.

The role requires reliability and punctuality, with shift hours typically 4pm–5am across six days per week. Staff discounts and extensive product discounts are part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with night-shift warehouse duties is preferred.
• Able to pick and load stock accurately for delivery vehicles.
• Comfortable with freezer work and PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and loading dry, chilled and frozen stock for delivery vehicles.
• Checking off inwards goods when required.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse.
• Assisting with other duties in the night operation as needed.
• Working and communicating with team members and maintaining a positive environment.

Are you a night owl with strong attention to detail? Do you thrive in a fast paced and busy work environment? Bidfood Timaru are looking for a Nightshift Storeperson to join our team! Covering the South Canterbury and North Otago regions, you will be responsible for the accurate picking and loading of goods to be delivered to our valued customers. You will also, be part of the wider team at Bidfood, working day to day (or night to night) with our produce and warehouse teams.
