Job summary

Bidfood is seeking reliable, motivated team members for night shift in Hawke’s Bay. You’ll pick and pack orders, load trucks, and drive our products to customers six days a week. The role requires comfort with freezing temperatures, strong time management, and a team-focused attitude.

You’ll work a rotating Sunday–Friday schedule of 7:30 PM–5:00 AM (exact hours discussed at interview). Pre-employment checks and eligibility to work in NZ are required.

Qualifications

• Reliable, honest and committed.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Experience handling chilled, frozen (-25°C), and dry goods.
• Flexible and willing to help out by working extra shifts when required.
• Forklift/reach experience preferred.
• Physically fit – able to lift up to 25kg.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Load trucks for delivery to customers across Hawke’s Bay.
• Maintain accuracy and product integrity during order fulfillment.
