Job summary

Bidfood Hawke's Bay is seeking reliable Nightshift team members to join our busy warehouse in Hastings. You’ll be hands-on, picking and packing orders and loading trucks to deliver products across Hawke's Bay on a rotating Sunday to Friday schedule.

Work in a cold environment down to -25°C, with a supportive team culture, night shift allowances, staff discounts and health cover. Training is provided and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Reliable, honest and committed
• Comfortable working in freezing temperatures (down to -25°C)
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Experienced handling chilled, frozen (-25°C), and dry goods
• Flexible and willing to help out by working extra shifts when required
• Forklift/reach experience (preferred)
• Physically fit - able to lift up to 25kg
• Team-focused, self-motivated and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• You’ll be hands-on in a fast-paced environment, picking and packing orders and loading trucks to deliver our products to customers across Hawkes Bay, six days a week
• Work Sunday to Friday rotating roster (includes public holidays)
• Respect and adhere to safety and quality procedures

Our Nightshift team is the heartbeat of Bidfood and we’re looking for reliable, dedicated and motivated team members to join us. You’ll be hands‑on in a fast-paced environment, picking and packing orders and loading trucks to deliver our products to customers across Hawkes Bay, six days a week.

Hours:

Sunday to Friday, rotating roster (Includes public holidays)
7:30 PM - 5:00 AM (Hours discussed in interview)
