Job summary

The Warehouse Levin is seeking an experienced Availability Manager to lead our Nightfill team. You will drive stock availability, merchandising standards and store presentation to keep shelves full after hours.

You will coach and motivate staff, ensure planograms and display guides are followed, and build a positive, fast-paced environment that delivers great customer experiences at every visit.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focus.
• Retail stock, merch, recovery and presentation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the Nightfill team.
• Maintain merchandising standards, planograms and displays.
• Ensure safe, fast-paced stock availability with minimal customer disruption.
