Job summary

The Warehouse Group in Gisborne is seeking an Availability 2IC (Nightfill) to support stock availability, merchandising, and store presentation during evening hours. This permanent full-time role runs Tue–Sat, 5:30pm–2:00am, and collaborates with the Availability Manager to execute the Trading Plan.

You will lead Fill Teams, drive urgency, and ensure shelves are well stocked while delivering strong customer service in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with presentation, merchandising, restocking and recovery during low-traffic hours
• Work with the Availability Manager to manage stock availability and execute the Trading Plan
• Lead and guide Fill Teams to ensure shelves are stocked and store looks its best
