Job summary

The Warehouse Group is seeking a dedicated Availability 2IC (Nightfill) for our Takanini store. This permanent, full-time role covers evening hours, focusing on stock availability, merchandising, and restocking with minimal customer disruption.

You will work closely with the Availability Manager to drive stock availability and execute the trading plan, leading Fill Teams during night shifts to ensure the store looks its best for customers in the morning.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or supervisory capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interpret and execute trading plans

Responsibilities

• Ensure stock availability and presentation across the store
• Assist with merchandising, restocking and recovery during low-traffic hours
• Collaborate with the Availability Manager to execute the Managers Trading Plan
