Job summary

Stellar Recruitment AU and NZ Auckland is seeking a reliable machine operator to join a motorway maintenance crew. The role involves operating tractor and ride-on mowers, mowing along Auckland's motorway network, and general road/vegetation maintenance.

You will travel across Auckland, starting and finishing shifts at Mt Wellington yard. Working Monday to Friday night shift, 7:30pm-4:30am, with hours to be confirmed.

Qualifications

• Full Class 2 licence required.
• Previous tractor mower or ride-on mower experience.
• Confidence operating machinery safely.
• Good physical fitness and comfortable working outdoors.
• Strong reliability and a good attitude.
• Traffic control or general road maintenance experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor mowers and ride-on mowers.
• Mow grass along Auckland's motorway network.
• General road and vegetation maintenance.
• Assist the wider maintenance crew when required.
