Job summary

Fulton Hogan seeks a Night Shift Operations Supervisor in Auckland to lead night delivery of roading and supply chain activities. You will coordinate people and plant, maintain safety, quality and performance standards, and provide practical onsite leadership from 6pm to 4am, Sunday to Thursday with occasional weekend work.

You will supervise a safe work environment, allocate resources, and communicate clear expectations to crews while supporting continuous improvement and customer service on

Qualifications

• Hands-on approach to delivering night-time roading/plant work.
• Proven leadership and supervision experience.
• Experience managing resources and people across sites.
• Ability to communicate clear expectations to crews.
• Strong safety mindset with track record of safe work practices.
• Competency in problem solving and on-the-spot decision making.
• Flexible to work 6pm–4am, Sunday–Thursday with occasional weekends.
