Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking an experienced Night Shift Operations Supervisor to lead the night roading crews in Auckland. You will oversee safety, quality, and performance while coordinating people and plant to keep projects moving and critical infrastructure running on schedule.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work 6pm–4am Sunday to Thursday with occasional weekend work. You will play a key part in delivering safe, efficient results at night.

• Proven leadership and supervision experience.
• Experience in moving plant environments.
• Clear communication of expectations to the team.
• Accountability for resources including people and supplies.
• Hands-on and proactive in operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise night shift delivery across roading operations.
• Provide onsite leadership and safety, quality, and performance oversight.
• Coordinate resources and plant to complete planned work efficiently.
• Operate and assist with plant operations as required.
• Maintain strong customer and crew interactions and service delivery.
