Job summary

Bupa Care Services NZ Limited in Christchurch is seeking a Registered Nurse for a permanent part-time night shift (11:00pm–7:00am), averaging 25 hours per week. You will lead overnight care delivery, manage assessments, care plans, and medications within a well-established clinical environment.

NZ nursing registration and competence, plus aged care experience, are preferred. The role offers fixed rosters and extensive learning opportunities through Bupa Campus and wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• NZ aged care experience preferred; other RN backgrounds considered.
• Demonstrated improvements in care plans, assessments and documentation quality.
• Identifies health changes early and acts to ensure safety.
• Communicates effectively with residents, whānau, teams and providers.
• Maintains clinical standards, accurate documentation and quality improvement.
• Confident using clinical systems, records and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight care delivery on night shift (11:00pm–7:00am).
• Contribute to care planning, assessments and medication management.
