Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or civil projects.
• Experience with formwork, steel tying, or concreting preferred.
• Confident spotting machinery and working around heavy plant.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Physically fit and reliable.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• 13-week project with consistent hours.
• Competitive pay rates ($30-40 per hour).
• Weekly pay.

• Work with respected contractor on major project.

Responsibilities

• Formwork installation and stripping.
• Steel tying.
• Assisting with concrete pours and finishing.
• Spotting for plant and heavy vehicles.
• General construction and labouring duties.
• Maintaining a safe and productive worksite.
