ExtraStaff is seeking experienced Class 5 Truck & Trailer Drivers for night shifts in the Christchurch area. The role involves transporting aggregate and quarry materials across Canterbury, with duties focused on safety and efficient operation in busy quarry and construction environments.

Applicants must hold a full Class 5 license, have proven truck and trailer experience, and be comfortable with Road Ranger gearboxes, reversing, and jackknifing. Pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full Class 5 license and demonstrate proven truck and trailer experience.
• Experience with Road Ranger gearboxes preferred.
• Strong reversing and jackknife trailer skills required.
• Experience carting aggregate or quarry materials is advantageous.
• Reliable transport, ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety.

Responsabilités

• Drive night shifts between quarries and customer sites.
• Transport aggregate and quarry materials across Canterbury.
• Utilise truck and trailer handling skills in busy quarry/construction environments.
• Follow site procedures and safety rules at all times.
