Job summary

Ocean blue building consultant ltd in Auckland is seeking a Night Produce Team Lead Fresh Ops Quality to join our team on a full-time, shift-based schedule. The role requires flexibility for weekends and a strong work ethic. Pay is $28-$35 per hour.

Two years of relevant experience or equivalent qualification is preferred. Responsibilities include assisting construction managers, interpreting drawings, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, ensuring safety and quality standards, and

Qualifications

• 2 years relevant experience or a level 4 or above relevant qualification.
• Bachelor's degree or above, no major restrictions.
• Must be flexible for work, able to work over the weekends and must cover our required shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assisted Construction Managers, Architects and Surveyors in planning, organisation and coordination of commercial and civil construction projects.
• Interpreted architectural drawings, engineering plans, building regulations and codes of practice to support construction activities.
• Prepared and updated preliminary sketches, working drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Coordinated work programs, monitored project progress and assisted in scheduling construction activities.
• Inspected construction work, materials and site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations and industry standards.
