Job summary

Healthvision is recruiting a new graduate Registered Nurse to start a rewarding career in home-based community nursing across Waikato. You will deliver wound care and specialist clinical services to clients in their homes, supporting their recovery.

We welcome applications from internationally qualified nurses with a valid APC in New Zealand. A structured orientation, supervision, and ongoing coaching are provided to build confidence and clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a New Zealand registered nurse or eligible for APC
• Interest in wound care and community health delivery
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Able to work in home-based care settings across Waikato

Responsibilities

• Provide wound assessment and care in patients' homes across Waikato
• Contribute to case management and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with GPs and health professionals for coordinated care
• Deliver continuity of care from initial assessment to recovery
• Participate in rotational opportunities across community services
