Qualifications

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Implement and manage network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams to plan and execute network upgrades and migrations.
• Stay current with emerging network technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in network engineering , with a strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), and network security.
• Proficiency with network hardware from major vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper).
• Experience with network monitoring tools and techniques.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
