Job summary
Scanpower is seeking an experienced Network Delivery Manager to lead field operations across its electricity distribution network in Wellington, New Zealand. You will own maintenance delivery, capital works, fault response and field operations, reporting to senior leadership and guiding teams and contractors to safely deliver high-standard work.

- Lead field-based network staff and support personnel.
- Deliver maintenance and capital work programmes across the network.
- Manage contractors and resources to meet delivery targets.
- Coordinate fault response and restoration activities across the network.
- Plan workforce and utilisation to optimise delivery.
- Uphold health, safety and operational performance standards.
- Engage with key stakeholders across the business.
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and performance.
