Job summary

HEB Construction's Liveable Streets team in Auckland is seeking a Network Asset Inspector to inspect network safety and asset condition day and night, identify defects, monitor works, and maintain asset data to support performance.

Collaborate with engineers and contractors; require IT/data skills and a valid Class 1 licence. RAMM/AWM knowledge is highly desirable; prior similar experience is an advantage to help deliver safer, more connected communities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of road construction/maintenance.
• Excellent IT and data management skills.
• Full Class 1 Driver Licence.
• RAMM or AWM knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct network safety and condition inspections.
• Identify, record and report defects and risks.
• Monitor maintenance and repair works to ensure quality outcomes.
• Audit contractor and subcontractor works for compliance.
• Maintain accurate asset data to support network performance and maintenance planning.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors and operational teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
