Te Whatu Ora is seeking a Project Manager for Maternity Ultrasound to lead the national programme, aligning funding and delivery across Aotearoa. Qualifications

• Proven programme/project management experience in large, complex health settings.
• Ability to translate strategy/policy into practical implementation plans.
• Experience coordinating service change across multiple stakeholders during transition periods.
• Experience working with clinical leaders and operational managers to deliver changes in care pathways.
• Strong risk, issue and dependency management with proactive escalation.

Responsabilités

• Lead the move of maternity ultrasound into the CRR programme with a national funding approach.
• Set up governance, reporting and programme controls; coordinate workstreams.
• Develop national referral criteria and readiness activities with clinical and practice leads.
• Provide executive updates on progress, risks and decisions; manage communications.
