Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking a National Environmental Solutions Manager to lead and grow our environmental solutions offering across Aotearoa. The role covers contaminated land, site investigation, remediation, and advisory services, with national scope and impact.

The successful candidate will set direction, build capability across regions, and advance growth in the right markets with the right clients, mobilising senior professionals to deliver high-standard, practical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in environmental consulting or advisory.
• Deep expertise in contaminated land and environmental services.
• Strong commercial judgement, with experience in business development, pricing, margins.
• Ability to lead senior professionals across locations and coach teams.
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand environmental regulatory context.

Responsibilities

• Set the national direction for environmental solutions, including strategy and growth opportunities.
• Lead and grow capability across regional teams, ensuring safe, high-quality work.
• Drive commercial performance via market development, client relationships, bids and pricing.
• Provide technical leadership on complex or high-risk work with oversight on contaminated land and remediation.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, regulators, contractors, iwi and internal leaders.
