Job summary

DB Breweries, part of The HEINEKEN Company, is seeking a National Demand Planning Manager to lead the demand planning function across NZ and export markets. You will own the monthly Demand Review, challenge bias, and drive data-backed insights to anchor forecasts.

You will mentor a Demand Planner, elevate S&OP maturity, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize inventory and product availability over an 18-month horizon. NZ FMCG experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior‑level demand planning and forecasting experience.
• NZ FMCG market dynamics knowledge and customer landscapes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence to challenge assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly demand planning cycle and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to align business and planning needs.
• Produce insights and scenario models to support decision‑making.
• Improve forecast accuracy and inventory outcomes.
• Manage and enhance planning systems and tools.
• Support product range and SKU optimisation.
