Job summary

Woolworths Group NZ seeks a National Contracts & Support Manager to design, govern, and optimize contractor management across the network. You will lead supplier relationships, oversee safety and asset management standards, and champion continuous service improvements across supported sites.

You will work from the Favona Support Office and Primary Connect DCs, partnering with Procurement, Legal, and sustainability teams to drive value, compliance, and an exceptional workplace experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management or vendor governance.
• Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities.
• Ability to manage relationships with executives and external partners.
• Knowledge of asset management frameworks and CMMS systems.
• Exposure to AI tools for reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern a national Contractor Management Framework with Procurement and Legal.
• Oversee supplier governance, QBRs, and contract performance.
• Drive cost optimisation across national operations.
• Lead end-to-end facilities operations and a hospitality-driven workplace experience.
• Embed ISO 55001 asset management and BWOF safety compliance.
