Mons Royale Ltd in Queenstown is seeking a Retail Manager to lead two Queenstown locations, brand store and outlet, guiding performance and shaping the retail experience. This is a key leadership role with scope to influence customer journeys and store culture.

You'll oversee both sites, drive sales, manage stock and operations, and collaborate with national team to bring Mons Royale sustainability mission to life.

Qualifications

• Proven retail leadership with multi-site or high-volume experience.
• Track record of driving sales and leading teams.
• Motivated by sales targets and KPI's.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-moving environment.
• Solid understanding of retail operations, including POS systems, stock management, and customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to exceed KPIs and sales targets, leading from the floor 75% of the time across both Queenstown locations
• Deliver an exceptional in-store experience that amplifies our Mons Royale brand values
• Manage store operations, including stock control and pricing, cash handling, security, and visual merchandising
• Bring the brand to life through local activations, events, and partnerships
• Champion in-store training to grow product knowledge and sales confidence
• Keep stores compliant, safe, and aligned with company standards
• Act as the key link between stores and HQ, sharing insights, ideas, and opportunities
