Modern Workplace Consultant – Make Work Better
Brighter Days is looking for a Modern Workplace Consultant who can understand how people work, identify what is getting in their way, and translate those insights into practical digital workplace solutions.
Working closely with clients, you will lead discovery workshops, clarify requirements, shape Microsoft 365 solutions, and enable adoption of modern ways of working within the M365 toolset. This may include SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Purview, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
This is not simply a technology delivery role. You will need to build trust, navigate ambiguity, ask good questions, and guide clients towards solutions that are intuitive, sustainable and genuinely improve the way their people work.
As Modern Workplace Consultant, you will:
Lead client discovery conversations and workplace productivity assessments
Translate business needs into clear requirements and practical solutions
Design and deliver solutions across Microsoft 365
Facilitate workshops and guide clients through decisions and change
Provide training that enables and empowers new ways of working
Deliver iteratively, testing and refining solutions as needs become clearer
Manage multiple client engagements while maintaining quality and trust
The ideal candidate will bring:
Strong discovery, requirements analysis and solution design capability
Communication expertise that makes complex ideas straightforward and easy to understand
Experience delivering digital workplace, business systems or consulting solutions
Confidence working through ambiguity and guiding client conversations
Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and/or the Power Platform
A pragmatic, organised and client-centred approach
