Job summary

ALH Wellington is recruiting for a mobile hydraulic service role in Wellington, offering a take-home work van and your own customer patch across the Wellington region. You7;ll be diagnosing problems, repairing and replacing hydraulic hoses and fittings, and getting equipment moving again.

You7;ll visit workshops, construction sites, transport businesses, and industrial customers, while building relationships and growing the business.

Qualifications

• Must have a full clean NZ driver7;s license.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to get hands dirty.
• Ability to generate business and build relationships with customers.
• Experience in diesel/heavy vehicle or field service is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems, repair and replace hydraulic hoses and fittings, and get equipment moving again.
• Visit workshops, construction sites, transport businesses, industrial customers and machinery operators across the Wellington region.
• Manage your own call cycle and look for opportunities to bring new customers into the business.
• Run your own territory and represent the workshop positively on-site.
